The Annex is the perfect retreat for a relaxing holiday.

This self-catering accommodation is a charming single level property that sits in the grounds of Orchard Side Bed & Breakfast and is DOG-Friendly.

The Annex offers secure parking via electric gates, with a dedicated parking space outside of the property.  The layout offers a bright open plan layout with a fully fitted kitchen, dining area, and lounge. The kitchen is fully equipped and has an electric hob, oven, microwave, fridge, and most of what you need, to ensure you enjoy a ‘home from home‘ experience.

The open plan lounge has a dining table, four chairs, sofa, comfy reclining chair, flat screen TV with Freeview, a DVD Player (with a stack of DVD’s to watch) a CD/digital radio player, lots of books and free high-speed WIFI. There is a spacious bathroom with WC, hand basin, bath, wall mounted power shower and towels are included.

The patio doors lead out onto a paved area neighboring the owner’s garden, with a lovely fish pond and waterfall to offer a relaxing sound of water when you sit out to enjoy the view. The bedroom has a king size bed, large wardrobe, chest of draws, and it looks out onto a paved courtyard.
